Afternoon Tea, Arts and Crafts Movement talk, plus a short film on crafts in the Cotswolds

The ultimate English indulgence; enjoy a delicious afternoon tea in the unique setting of our third floor gallery. Tickets include a screening of Harold Bain’s short film ‘The Cotswold Craftsmen’. The film will be followed by an exclusive talk by Mary Greensted. Mary will be giving an insight into Gimson the man and his influence on the Gloucestershire Guild of Makers of today. Mary is a freelance curator, lecturer and writer; she played a pivotal role in developing the Arts and Crafts Movement collection when she worked at Cheltenham Art Gallery and Museum.

The Afternoon Tea will be rounded off with a presentation from a local maker.

The event starts at 12pm and finishes at 2pm.
