The Wilson Shop, the Tourist Information desk and The Wilson Café are open on Mondays, but will be closed if any of the above closure days fall on a Monday.
Admission is free, with a suggested donation of £4.

We’re on Clarence Street, and situated in-between Boston Tea Party and Cheltenham Library. We are opposite St Matthews Church.
The Wilson is just two minutes’ walk away from The Promenade, the shopping centre of Cheltenham. It is also of similar distance to the High Street.
The closest train station is Cheltenham Spa (CNM)
Bus: Approx 10 mins. You can get Stagecoach Bus E or D into the town centre – the stop you require is Cheltenham, Clarence Parade.
Walk or Cycle: Approx 25 mins. You can follow the Honeybourne line cycle and footpath into the centre of Cheltenham.

The closest car park is the Euro car park on Chester Walk (GL50 3JT) behind The Wilson- the entrance is at the far end of St George’s Place.
Please note the pay station here does not take coins, only card payments.

The Wilson is fully accessible with a lift to every floor.
Disabled toilets are located on the 1st and 2nd floor next to the lift. All of our toilets are gender neutral.
Assistance dogs are permitted and wheelchair loan is available on request.

The Wilson Tourist Information Centre is located on the ground floor as part of the main information desk – where you will be able to find out what’s on, where to stay and where to go in Cheltenham and the wider Gloucestershire and Cotswolds area.

All purchases made at The Wilson Shop support The Cheltenham Trust, a registered charity dedicated to enriching the lives of residents and visitors.
The Guild at 51 is the permanent gallery shop of the Gloucestershire Guild of Craftsmen. Here you will find contemporary crafts by award winning and internationally renowned makers.
Eat & Drink
The Wilson Café is located in The Wilson Art Gallery and Museum. We use the finest locally sourced ingredients and prepare our food fresh every day. The café is the perfect hub for casual visits, meeting friends, relaxing with family or business meetings. We serve delicious hot drinks, fresh juices, breakfast, pastries, homemade cakes, lunch and afternoon tea, all available to eat in or take away.
